Jacques 2027 · South Africa Golf Tour
Ten nights, escorted door to door by PGA Professional Jacques Gous. Cape Town, the Stellenbosch winelands, a Big Five safari on the Garden Route, and the cliff-top fairways of Knysna — six celebrated courses, and the people you love alongside you the whole way.
The Cape, the vines, the bush and the Garden Route.
It opens beneath Table Mountain and winds east along one of the most beautiful coastlines on earth. Golf among the Constantia pines and the Stellenbosch vineyards, wine-paired lunches at two celebrated estates, two days of Big Five game-viewing in the malaria-free Cape, and a finish on the cliff-top courses above the Knysna lagoon. Six rounds for the golfers; for the Gallery, a parallel run of wine, whales, beaches and bush — together every evening.
A small escorted group, hosted throughout by Jacques Gous. Every transfer, tee time, tasting and game drive arranged before you pack a bag.
This is a tour for golfers and non-golfers alike. While the golfers play Westlake, Devonvale, De Zalze, Pinnacle Point, Pezula and Simola, the Gallery has the winelands, the whale coast, the Knysna Heads and the Garden Route to roam — and a Big Five reserve where everyone travels together.

Ten nights, four chapters.
Built so the golfers play and the Gallery roams — and everyone meets again for dinner.
The Mother City, and a gentle opening round
Met at Cape Town airport and into The Commodore Hotel on the V&A Waterfront, where Table Mountain meets the sea. A welcome dinner at Baia to open the tour, then a round at Westlake beneath the Silvermine mountains — friendly, walkable, beautiful — followed by a lunch and wine tasting at Tryn at Steenberg in the Constantia Valley.
Stay: The Commodore Hotel, V&A Waterfront — 2 nights, B&B
Golf among the vineyards
East to the oak-lined winelands and De Zalze Lodge, set in 120 hectares of working vineyard beneath the Stellenbosch mountains. A round at Devonvale, then the Matkovich-designed De Zalze Golf Club — followed by a lunch and wine tasting at Klein Zalze. Evenings at leisure among the estates.
Stay: De Zalze Lodge, Stellenbosch — 3 nights, B&B
Big Five, malaria-free
Onto the Garden Route and Gondwana — the only free-ranging Big Five reserve in the Southern Cape, framed by the Outeniqua mountains and a sea of fynbos. Exclusive-use Lehele villas, game drives among lion, rhino and elephant, and a short drive to one of the most photographed courses in the country: Pinnacle Point, on the cliffs above Mossel Bay.
Stay: Gondwana — Lehele Family Villas — 2 nights, full board + game activities
Cliff-top fairways and a lagoon finish
To Knysna — the jewel of the Garden Route — and the contemporary Knysna Hollow Country Estate, minutes from the lagoon. A round at the cliff-top Pezula Championship Course above the Heads, then an evening braai on a private sunset catamaran cruise. The next day, the Jack Nicklaus signature course at Simola, with views over the lagoon to the Heads, and a farewell dinner at Sirocco on Thesen Island.
Stay: Knysna Hollow Country Estate — 3 nights, B&B
