Bookings & payment
A 30% deposit confirms your journey; the balance is due 60 days before travel unless your quote states otherwise. Guide prices on this site are indicative and confirmed precisely, in writing, before you commit.
Financial protection
All funds are held in independent trust through Protected Trust Services (PTS member 5806) and released only as your trip is delivered — see Financial protection for the full detail.
Cancellations & changes
Cancellation and amendment terms vary by supplier and are set out in full in our booking conditions. We will always show you the specific terms attaching to your itinerary before you pay.
Honest marketing
Departure dates, prices and availability shown on this site are real and current at time of publication. If something changes, we say so.
