Ladies' Golf Safaris

The fairway is yours.

Women are the fastest-growing force in golf — and the most underserved travellers in it. Our ladies' golf safaris are built for groups of friends, societies and solo travellers who want world-class golf, the African wild, and a trip designed around how women actually like to travel: together, well, and without a single logistical worry.

Why now
Of all golfers

28% are women

the highest share on record — NGF, 2025

Of golf's growth since 2020

Over half is female

women & girls drove 52% of net gains

Of newcomers to golf

40% are women

and they travel for the game

The game's future is already female. Most golf travel hasn't noticed. We have — and we've been hosting women's groups in Africa for long enough to know exactly what makes the difference.

What we do differently

Designed around the group, not the gender cliché.

Hosted by Shelagh

Our co-founder Shelagh Harker has played, driven and slept her way across all ten countries we sell. Ladies' departures can be hosted by her personally — a host who reads a green, a wine list and a room equally well.

Formats that fit the group

Relaxed better-ball mornings, friendly comps with prizes, or serious cards for serious players — the format follows the group's mood, never the other way. Mixed-ability groups are our speciality, and the Gallery programme means non-playing friends never sit out a day.

Courses with pedigree

Play where the professionals do: Vipingo Ridge Golf Resort hosts the Magical Kenya Ladies Open, and our South African card runs from the Fancourt Golf Estate to Leopard Creek Country Club. Caddies at every course, forward tees respected without being asked.

The day doesn't end at the 18th

Spa afternoons, winelands tastings, market mornings, sundowner cruises — the parts of the trip you'll talk about longest are woven in, not bolted on.

Safety, handled quietly

One named specialist before you travel, met at every airport, private transfers throughout, and 24/7 support on the ground. Solo travellers join group departures with confidence — many of our guests arrive alone and leave with a fourball.

Fair to solo travellers

Single supplements are the quiet tax on women's travel. On ladies' departures we offer willing-to-share matching and negotiate supplements down wherever a property allows — and we'll always show you the workings.

Shelagh's note

The best golf trips I've ever hosted were women's groups — better golf chat, better wine chat, and nobody pretends the leopard didn't outrank the eagle on the 9th. Bring your society, your sisters, your old fourball. We'll do the rest.
