Your money is completely safe until you return home.
We are a proud member of Protected Trust Services (PTS), membership number 5806. All funds you pay to us are securely held in an independent trust account. Your money cannot be spent until you return from your trip — ensuring 100% financial protection and total compliance with the UK Package Travel Regulations.
What that means in plain language
When you pay Africa Golf Safari, your money does not go straight to us. It sits in an independent, regulated trust account and is only released as your trip is delivered. If anything were to happen to any single supplier — an airline, a lodge, a ground operator — your holiday, or your money, is secure. This is the gold standard of travel financial protection, and it is especially important for our guests travelling from the UK and Europe.
Accreditation
We are members of IAGTO, the International Association of Golf Tour Operators — the global accreditation body for golf travel, whose membership requires vetted standards, references and insurance. It is the same standard carried by the world's leading golf tour operators. We also hold the relevant regional travel-trade memberships across the African markets in which we operate.
How booking works
Deposit
A 30% deposit confirms your journey and locks your dates, lodges and tee times.
Balance
The balance is due 60 days before you travel, unless your quote advises otherwise (some lodges and peak dates require earlier settlement — we always tell you upfront).
Guide prices on this site are indicative and confirmed precisely, in writing, before you commit. Single supplements and any supplier-specific terms are shown in your quote.
One pair of hands
You contract with one company and deal with one named specialist. We hold the supplier relationships, the payments and the responsibility — so if anything needs fixing on the ground, you make one call, to a person whose name you know, in the time zone your trip is happening in.
