Where you go, and why
Arusha — Kilimanjaro Golf & Wildlife Estate
One civilised round between the mountains at the Kilimanjaro Golf & Wildlife Estate, a long dinner, an early night — because the wild gets serious tomorrow.
STAY Kiligolf Estate Villas, Arusha
Mobile camp, southern or northern Serengeti
This is safari as the explorers knew it, with the thread count fixed: a full-service mobile camp pitched in private campsites where the migration actually is — the calving plains of the south in the green season (December to March, when half a million wildebeest are born in three weeks and the predators feast) or the crossing country of the north (June to October). Six nights lets the bush set the rhythm: long drives when the action runs, slow brunches when it doesn't, and guides who have followed these herds for decades.
STAY Serengeti mobile tented camp

Asked before you booked
How much does The Migration Camp cost?
Guide price is from US$14,200 per person sharing, excluding international flights. For an exact figure, use the Price a Private Version tool — adjust the nights, rounds and experiences and our quoting engine returns your private price, checked by a specialist, usually within one working day.
How many rounds of golf are on this journey?
1 round are built in — Kilimanjaro Golf & Wildlife Estate. Every round can be kept, swapped or dropped when you price your private version.
Can my non-golfing partner come?
Absolutely — this is the heart of how we design. While the golfers play, the Gallery programme runs parallel experiences (game drives, spas, wine, walks, markets), and everyone reunites for lunch or sundowners. Non-golfers never sit out a day.
When is the best time to take this journey?

Do I need a visa for Tanzania?
Yes — most visitors use Tanzania's online e-visa (or visa on arrival). It is straightforward, and we guide you through it when you book.
When should I go for the migration or the Crater?
The northern Serengeti river-crossing season runs roughly July to October; the southern calving season, with predators in tow, is January to March. The Ngorongoro Crater is superb year-round. We will time your journey to the spectacle you most want.
Is the golf any good in Tanzania?
There is exactly one championship-standard course — the Kilimanjaro Golf & Wildlife Estate between Mount Meru and Kilimanjaro — and its setting is among the most beautiful in world golf. We will be honest: in Tanzania the wildlife is the headline and the golf is the overture.
